Sliding door: 39” wide x 78” high x 1” thick. Opening of 36”.2 sliding doors for models 41212 and 41215. The 41218 (12’x18’) comes with one French opening double door.
The door handles are pre-installed and allow consumers to decide whether they would prefer having the door open to the left or to the right.
Roof: 5/16” thick polycarbonate panels (8 mm), Smoke colour.
The wind panels can slide all the way down to the bottom or in any of 5 positions and allow maximum air circulation. (Other models can only open one section at a time which gives an opening of approximately 28 inches. Ours give an opening of 65”.)
Caps are included to hide all unsightly screws and ends at door track.
If the screening or windows happen to tear, they are easily removable and replaceable.
One hook is available to place for your convenience light fixture or another accessory of your choice.

Guaranteed: the materials, factory workmanship to the original purchaser to be of excellent quality as provided in this limited non-prorated warranty.

Maintenance Notes

In case of a defective or damaged part, or for any other questions concerning the product, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Please have the parts list and part numbers on hand when ordering or requesting replacement parts.
The product should not be installed adjacent to trees or a sloped roof. Snow and ice may slide onto the roof and cause it to collapse.
While the product is designed for 4 seasons use, the roof must be kept free of accumulation of snow.

One Year Limited Warranty

This product has been designed and manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality and durability. Subject to the Conditions for Exercising the Warranty and the Limitations on the Warranty set forth below, it is warranted to be free of material and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Should the product become damaged, or the warranty period has expired, please contact Gazebo Penguin Customer Service Department for a complete schedule of replacement parts and prices.

Conditions for Exercising the Warranty

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser with the bill.

In order to properly exercise your warranty, please comply with the following:

Carefully inspect the contents of the carton for missing or damaged components.

NOTE: Damages/missing parts must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Limitations on the Warranty

Warrants vinyl extruded components under normal residential use and service, to be free from peeling, flaking, blistering and corroding for as long as you own your sunroom. The vinyl extruded components are not warranted against discoloration caused by air pollution, exposure to harmful chemicals or normal weathering (fading) resulting from exposure to the elements.

Hardware and Screen Units – Lifetime Warranty

The product is not warranted against damages due to vandalism, abuse, falling or thrown objects, or accumulation of snow.
The product is not warranted against damages due to extreme weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, hail, strong wind or snow storms, or any other acts of God.
The product is only warranted in the event it is installed in accordance with the Gazebo Penguin’s written instructions enclosed with the product.
The product is not warranted in the event it has been improperly anchored.
We reserve the right to replace or repair any defective product or parts at our discretion.
