Most of the products we sell are "do-it yourself kits", modular and/or require some form of assembly or installation prior to use. An unassembled or partially assembled product requires less labour to manufacture and therefore is less expensive. In addition, such products take less shipping space. The reduced cost to ship, in turn, saves you money. Our many products come with procedures for assembly. These procedures have been developed and/or approved by the manufacturer.

We recommend that you read and ensure you understand the assembly procedures completely before starting the assembly of your product. It is also necessary for you to ensure you understand any cautions or dangers that the manufacturer may draw to your attention. Disclaimer

Here is how The Leisure Store Inc. can assist you after a purchase:

  1. If you have any questions on the interpretation of the procedures, please call us. If we don't know the answer, we will get it for you.
  2. If you run into a question while assembling your product, please call us for help. Again if we don't know the answer, we will get it for you.
  3. On the rare occasion, you may have a problem with shipping damage when the carrier delivers the product to you. Call us and we will help you sort out the problem.
  4. If you have a potential warranty claim, call us and we will assist you in identifying whether the problem is warranty and if so help you document the problem for the claim.
  5. Call us for spare or replacement parts.
