Our Prices Except For Special Sale Items, Privacy/wind/rain Panels And Other Not Listed Items Include Delivery And Handling For Shipments To Continental U.S. Or Canada Where Regular Shipping Service Is Provided By Major Common Carriers. If You Are Located In Canada Applicable Taxes Are Extra. Please Do Not Pay The Shipper. Your Purchase Has Been Fully Prepaid Including All Shipping And Handling. If The Shipper Attempts To Collect From You Please Call Us Immediately And We Will Assist.

Once your order is finalized, by you, we will send you a copy of our invoice marked paid.

We require prepayment in order to finalize an order. If you have concerns prepaying for your goods, we have provided a secure option of payment, namely "Pay Pal".The security it offers is that the they will intercede on your behalf to provide you with a refund if you do not receive the goods you have ordered and paid for. Details and the exact procedures may be found on the Pay Pal website. We have attached a link to that site for you to obtain additional information. We also accept Postal or Bank Money Orders

The manufacturers we deal with are known for making quality products in their price range. We provide you with the manufacturer's specifications for their goods, as well as pictures. The Leisure Store Inc.'s Customer Service Representatives are available through email or telephone to answer your product clarification questions so that you can make your purchase decision. Our policy is to do our best to help customers to make informed purchase decisions so that the products you receive meet your needs and are suitable for you. We emphasize that the purchase decision is your sole responsibility. We will not pressure you to make a purchase or any particular purchase.

If you choose a custom made product, or a product containing optional items, we cannot accept any cancellations after 48 hours from the finalization of the order. Nor can we accept returns. To cancel or return any other item, the following is our policy.
  1. You must advise us of your intent to cancel by email. If the goods have not been shipped, we will cancel your order with no charge to you and process your refund within a week.
  2. If the goods have been shipped and you choose to cancel or return the goods the following applies:
    • The cost of shipping the goods both to you and the cost to return them to the manufacturer's premises will be paid by you.
    • The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition (both being clean and dry) with all manuals and warranty information.
    • The goods must be in new condition with no damages. TLS and the manufacturer are not responsible for shipping damage.
    • Acceptance of the returned goods is subject to verification above through inspection by the manufacturer.
    • There will be a restocking charge of up to 20%.
    • The above costs will be deducted from your original payment and the balance refunded to you within one week after the returned goods are received, inspected and accepted by the manufacturer.
